We are looking for a Philanthropy Officer to join our team at HIA Health. A successful candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, is well-organized, and possesses self-initiating skills and desires. This individual will manage a group of assigned donors within our service area and can be based in our Grand Forks office. Position Summary Key responsibilities in major gift production, donor stewardship, and recognition. Responsibilities include writing for donor communication, making personal contacts with and soliciting gifts from corporate donors and prospects, and collaborating with HIA Philanthropy Team. Must possess strong written, verbal and listening communication skills and be well organized with the ability to work well with interruptions and stress. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects to completion and possess a strong sense of customer service. This position will manage a diverse portfolio by building strong relationships with key community members and patient families who are grateful for the care they've received.
