This role offers a rare chance to step into a Director position within our National Building Engineering team, contributing to landmark projects across ANZ. Whilst our preference is Adelaide, this role can also be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. How you’ll make a difference: Lead the delivery of complex structural and multi-disciplinary building projects across sectors such as health, defence, transport, commercial, aviation, and data centres throughout Australia. Provide technical leadership and oversight of structural design, ensuring compliance with Australian codes, standards and best-practice engineering principles across all projects. Drive innovation and excellence in project execution, reviewing design calculations, specifications, models, and drawings to ensure quality outcomes and coordinated multi-disciplinary delivery. Build and maintain strategic client relationships, supporting business development and securing a strong pipeline of high-profile structural projects. Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth, leadership capability, and a culture of engineering excellence.
