Functieomschrijving Als Project Buyer maak jij het verschil door de gehele supply chain van een project onder controle te hebben. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de projecten over de juiste, materialen, materieel en diensten beschikken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele inkoopproces en zorg je ervoor dat alle benodigdheden binnen een aanvaardbare termijn en tegen optimale marktomstandigheden op het project voor handen zijn. Verandert de planning op het laatste moment? Geen probleem. Jij hebt alle informatie paraat en bent altijd voorbereid op verrassingen. Als Project Buyer ben je het aanspreekpunt voor inkoop binnen diverse projecten. Projecten binnen Boskalis zijn divers en vinden over heel de wereld plaats. Voorbeelden van de typen projecten waar je een Project Buyer bij betrokken bij zou kunnen zijn, zijn bijvoorbeeld de realisatie van de Fehmarnbelt tunnel, de snelste weg- en spoorverbinding tussen Scandinavië en het vasteland van Europa. Of een landaanwinningsproject in Singapore. Over de inkoopactiviteiten binnen het project breng je verslag uit aan de verantwoordelijke Project Manager en over alle andere zaken leg je verantwoording af aan het hoofd van de afdeling projectinkoop. Wat je gaat doen als Project Buyer: Adviseren en ondersteunen van projectteams bij inkoopvraagstukken. Specificeren van goederen en diensten en opvragen van offertes. Opstellen van inkoopplannen voor projecten. Beheren en updaten van de lijst met preferred suppliers. Selecteren en prekwalificeren van leveranciers, inclusief offerteaanvragen. Vergelijken van offertes, voeren van onderhandelingen en adviseren van projectteams. Opstellen van leverancierscontracten (veelal op basis van de Boskalis Algemene Voorwaarden). Contractmanagement en het bewaken van gemaakte afspraken tot en met levering. Evalueren van leveranciers en het doorvoeren van verbeterplannen. Optimaliseren van inkoopprocessen binnen projecten én de afdeling. Wat je meebrengt: Jij kunt het verschil maken als Project Buyer als je het volgende meebrengt: Minimaal 5 jaar relevante projectinkoop ervaring. Een afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur op het gebied van Supply Chain, Werktuigbouwkunde of Technische Bedrijfskunde. Uitstekende kennis van complexe inkooptrajecten en bijbehorende contracten. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Bij voorkeur een afgeronde inkoopopleiding, zoals NEVI en/of Fidic Yellow. Je bent flexibiel om te reizen danwel voor een periode werkzaam te zijn op een project locatie (binnen Europa en buiten Europa).
