The Role Reporting through to the Operations Supervisor, your day-day duties will include; Support the Defence Fuel Network across Australia, ensuring operational excellence and reliability. Carry out before use inspections of refuelling vehicles, equipment, and documentation to ensure operational readiness. Conduct daily fuel quality checks in line with safe work procedures, (SWPs) to ensure fuel is free from water and contaminants. Safely approach and refuel Australian and international military aircraft, establishing exclusion zones, bonding equipment, and observing all aviation safety requirements. Complete all post refuelling documentation, including meter readings and customer sign‑off, and report hazards or incidents promptly.
