The Global Operations Records Manager is accountable for the overall delivery and continuous improvement of Records Management services across Physical Records, Electronic Archives, and Shred Services. This role focuses on operational ownership, consistent service delivery, and people leadership. Working closely with Records Management Global Heads and Regional Leads, this role supports compliance, risk mitigation, and operational alignment. The Global Operations Records Manager provides directions on day-to-day operations and contributes to the evolution of services through informed use of enabling technologies, automation, and scalable operation practices. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future.
