Pilotage des projets EPICS Mettre en place et animer la gouvernance (réunions, suivi des décisions, plans d’actions). Assurer la représentation métier entre le chantier et le back-office. Suivi et reporting Produire des reportings et tableaux de bord. Suivre les actions, les échéances, les risques et coordonner les différents contributeurs. Contribution aux projets digitaux Participer aux phases d’émergence, de cadrage et de développement selon le modèle MODEX. Contribuer à la priorisation des besoins métiers. Animation des échanges métiers / SI Préparer et animer des ateliers avec les équipes métiers et la DSI. Recueillir et formaliser les besoins fonctionnels et les livrables associés. Interface avec la DSI Instruire et formaliser les demandes du métier. Coordonner les échanges avec les interlocuteurs Recette et déploiement des solutions Organiser et participer aux recettes fonctionnelles.
