The Client Implementation Lead, Trade role is your opportunity to become a critical member of the Client Onboarding team, where you’ll drive exceptional client experiences for highly sophisticated businesses. Lead multiple onboarding cases at a time, ensuring client’s onboarding and implementation plans progress in accordance with established expectations. Develop a deep understanding of the structured trade product suite with an understanding of how each product can enable large and complex businesses to meet their specific needs. Work closely with Client Implementation and Sales team to analyze client’s product requirements to understand their unique needs to develop and execute onboarding process for clients. Effectively engage partners for critical activities in support of the onboarding process. Work in collaboration with a broader Implementation and Sales Team in Transaction Banking to identify, plan & deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for clients. Work to adhere or be ahead of Service level agreements for Onboarding Participate in adhoc projects related to Client onboarding and Implementation What do you need to succeed?
