Reporting line: Global Segment Head of Medical Devices Key accountabilities: Proactively and independently lead global sales planning and execution across all medical schemes and delivery offices (DOs) and Hubs through indirect reporting structures. Develop and expand certification scheme offerings in response to client needs and regulatory changes Secure all Medical pricelists (internal and external) are always competitive and in line with internal SGS policies Drive and deliver projects proactively, taking full ownership from initiation through implementation Collaborate closely with DOs and Hubs to secure achievement of their medical growth targets Represent SGS at external forums, conferences, and industry events to elevate brand visibility and establish Industry leadership. Align affiliate sales teams with central strategy and process though effective communication, targeted training and coaching. Identify strategic partnerships and emerging market opportunities to support sustainable growth. Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in global sales strategy, business development and execution within the medical device sales and marketing. Understanding of MDR/IVDR and international regulatory frameworks. Experience in scheme development, product positioning, and market analysis.
