Role Summary The Safety Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and procedures across the project. Review and approve contractor safety documentation, including method statements and risk assessments. Identify unsafe conditions and practices, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Lead safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site personnel. Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and follow up on corrective measures. Monitor compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project requirements. Maintain accurate safety records, logs, and documentation. Support emergency response planning, drills, and readiness activities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure or building projects.
