Job Description The Opportunity: We looking for a for a Senior Associate Digital Marketing with in the Mattel Creations DTC/Ecommerce team. The position will be reporting into Senior Manager, DTC & Ecommerce. The candidate will be focused on execution of our paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social etc) and Email Marketing for our DTC Brand Mattel Creations across UK and Germany and potential further markets in 2026. The role includes: in platform set-up of campaigns, their optimization and reporting back to the Ecommerce team. This is a new capability we are creating in-house which in the past was managed by an external agency. What Your Impact Will Be: Paid social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search (incl.
