This position is responsible for providing technical expertise, direction and coaching for health and safety processes and practices. The candidate will need global health and safety experience within a manufacturing environment, including multi-site and multi-country operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or equivalent Master’s degree in health and safety or other discipline preferred Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment performing Industrial Hygiene, Health and Safety activities or similar related experience CSP, CIH or CHMM or equivalent certification required Fluent in English required / Spanish a plus Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety processes and practices and successful implementation through hands on activities. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with site/regional leadership and site health & safety professionals as a business partner.
