Join our Team About this Opportunity BNEW SAGND NSI (Networks Solution Introduction) is responsible for solution introduction service delivery engagements and Market Area Lab operations. We are providing Lab operations services to multiple Ericsson projects and partners, covering the Ericsson end to end portfolio. We are now looking for a Global Solution Architect to join our Market Area lab operations team, reporting to the NSI Lab Strategy Director. The Solution Architect will be the architecture technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) that leads the design, implementation and support of complex Lab infrastructure and facility solutions. As SME, you will be expected to bring technical depth across multiple domains (IT Security, Network Design, Cloud, Power system…). In this role, you will work closely with our Local lab teams across the world, our Global IT Security teams, the SAGND security Team, and collaborate with other organizations on the front of IT security & Real Estate programs (such as GFGO Enterprise IT, Real Estate) What you will do • Architect & design complex Lab Infrastructure and Facility solutions (network design, storage, access…). • Advise on Best-fit solutions to support lab operations and comply to company directives. • Lead technical teams in evaluating requirements, identifying and implementing solutions, conduct proof of concepts (PoCs). • Lead & support all NSI Sites across the globe to ensure standardization & faster rollout in an efficient manner. • Lead and participate as a security SME in various technical architecture review boards. • Lead in technical review/analysis of labs for implementation of new portfolio items • Align to Ericsson Strategy, policies and guideline related to Security and Safety. • Support global and local Security Manager & site SPOCS in implementing Security Tactical plan. • Support Annual Operating Plan development and project budget estimation. • Support local teams and Real Estate projects during review of lab space with technical expertise on requirements & feasibility studies • Support lab audits & assessment, by checking compliancy to directives and proposing corrective actions. • Implement & monitor global technical lab indicators (capability, utilization).
