We replace the chaos of fragmented software with one AI layer that actually works: executing workflows, surfacing answers, and taking action across HR, Finance, Procurement, GTM, and beyond. We are pre-seed funded, growing fast, and we have built something that enterprise teams genuinely love using. Now we need the person who will take it to North America. This is not a "follow the playbook" role. There is no playbook yet and you will write it. As our Founding AE, you will own North America go-to-market from zero: the first deals, the first process, the first hires. If you have been waiting for a chance to build something from the ground up at a company where your work is visible, your equity is meaningful, and your instincts will actually shape the direction of the business, this is it. What You Will Own Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America, from cold outreach to close Build and refine the GTM playbook: ICP definition, outbound motion, discovery frameworks, pitch narrative, and objection handling Work directly with the founding team to translate customer feedback into product direction Hire and onboard the next AEs once you have proven the model Set up the tooling, process, and culture for a world-class sales function What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or AI, selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers in North America. You have navigated multi-stakeholder deals, you know what good discovery looks like, and you understand how to connect a product's capabilities to a customer's real business problems. Beyond the numbers, we care deeply about how you communicate. You should be someone who can walk into a room (or a Zoom) and make complex things feel simple and urgent. Your written communication should be crisp and your verbal communication should be compelling, because early-stage sales is 80% trust-building and clarity. You are a self-starter by nature, not by necessity. You do not wait to be told what to do next. You identify gaps, make calls, test hypotheses, and iterate without someone having to manage you toward it.
