In this role, you’ll drive sales growth by collaborating with channel partners and their customers to identify needs, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and provide valuable insights to refine our solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive assigned partner engagement to generate high quality referrals. Provide partner enablement at leadership and individual contributor levels while providing content and material needs to the APS Marketing Team. Perform regular 1:1 calls with key partner contacts. Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Communicate regular feedback to the Partner Manager regarding areas of cross-departmental improvement with the goal of partner and customer satisfaction. Work alongside the AEs to have an understanding where referrals are in the sales process & to provide deal status visibility to the partner. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop strategies to generate leads Attend regular cross-departmental syncs to ensure a holistic understanding of the company and our offerings. Manage potential conflict partner referrals by fostering excellent communication internally and externally. Retain and adhere to all company and department-level policies and procedures. Meet or exceed all partner revenue goals. Other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
