Sales & Pipeline Management Own the full sales cycle for new markets: prospecting, outreach, qualification, negotiation, closing. On the market research and outreach side, you work with the support of Atmen’s SDR & growth team. Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, with clear ARR targets. Forecast and report revenue progress accurately. 2. Market Development (Starting with Biomethane) Identify and prioritise high-value customer segments and accounts. Understand regulatory and market dynamics, tailoring our value proposition to local realities. Build early partner and ecosystem relationships where needed to unlock deals and scale entry. 3. Customer Engagement & Growth Build and maintain trusted customer relationships across the full lifecycle. Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to Product, Marketing, and Leadership. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value. 4. Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure customers experience maximum value. Share customer learnings and market intelligence internally to refine strategy and campaigns. Support campaign design and messaging to attract and convert target customers in emerging markets.
