  • Recognised EHS qualification (CMIOSH/GradIOSH preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years’ EHSQ experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • “On-Call” work hours when required.
  • Environmental qualification/membership (IEMA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Full clean drivers licence - Essential

ABOUT THE ROLE

Title: EHSQ Executive
Location: Nationwide across multiple sites - predominantly across the west region of Ireland
Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 DOE
Position: Permanent Contract
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Work Environment: Hybrid working with regular site visits (including to our head office)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The EHSQ Executive will oversee health, safety, risk, and quality compliance for Bidvest Noonan at high-profile pharmaceutical sites, ensuring adherence to client and regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EHSQ EXECUTIVE:

  • Monitor EHS compliance for Bidvest Noonan employees and contractors.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Support EHS culture development and permit-to-work systems.
  • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure personnel compliance with site and client safety standards.
  • Report on EHSQ performance and contribute to client KPIs.
  • Assist facilities management with special projects as needed.
