This role is responsible for structuring deals, securing financing, and delivering a compliant, customer-focused F&I experience — while maximizing profitability and protecting the dealership. If you are a proven F&I producer who values structure, consistency, and long-term growth, this is a strong opportunity within a stable, multi-brand operation. Why This Role Matters The F&I Manager plays a critical role in both revenue generation and customer experience. You will partner with the sales team to: Finalize deals efficiently Present finance and protection products Ensure full compliance and accuracy Drive profitability through structured execution This position directly impacts store performance, CSI, and long-term customer relationships.
