Über die Rolle Als Finance Specialist (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Team, damit in der Finanzbuchhaltung alles Hand in Hand greift. Du betreust deine Aufgabenbereiche eigenständig, bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein und behältst gemeinsam mit uns den Überblick. DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET UMFASST HAUPTSÄCHLICH FOLGENDE TÄTIGKEITEN Kontenführung & Zahlungsverkehr: Eigenständige Führung, Abstimmung und Klärung der Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten. Überwachung der Bankkonten inklusive Investitionskrediten sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsläufen. Anlagenbuchhaltung & Abschlüsse: Einrichtung neuer Anlagegüter im System und laufende Pflege des Anlagenspiegels. Aktive Zuarbeit, Bereitstellung von Kennzahlen und Begleitung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Abstimmung mit der CFOO und den Wirtschaftsprüfern. Kostenrechnung & Controlling: Fortlaufende Pflege und strukturierte Weiterentwicklung der Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung. Erstellung von monatlichen Soll-Ist-Vergleichen (Actuals vs. Budget) sowie Pflege der Planungsübersichten (P&L) für das Management. Mahnwesen & Stammdaten: Eigenständige Steuerung des Mahnwesens sowie Klärung komplexerer oder älterer Abrechnungsfragen im Innen- und Außenverhältnis. Kontinuierliche Bereinigung und Qualitätssicherung der Lieferanten- und Kundenstammdaten. Schnittstellenfunktion & Support: Beratung und Unterstützung der internen Budgetverantwortlichen (internationale Lehrkräfte und Fachbereichsleiter) bei der Nutzung des digitalen Freigabesystems (cks.web) und Hilfestellung bei der korrekten Budgetzuordnung. Sonderbuchhaltungen: Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung für den schulinternen PTA-Verein (Parent Teacher Association) sowie Unterstützung bei schulspezifischen Sonderabrechnungen (z. B. Trip Weeks oder Klassenfahrten). Systembetreuung: Administrative Mitbetreuung unseres ERP-Systems (SAP Business One / myfactory) im Alltag sowie Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Behebung kleinerer System- oder Buchungsfehler. DEINE QUALIFIKATION Ausbildung: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte/r, Bilanzbuchhalter/in, Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling. Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte und relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren, eigenverantwortlichen Rolle in der Finanzbuchhaltung. IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit modernen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP Business One oder vergleichbaren Programmen) sowie sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Excel.
