Mit dir bringen wir die Briefmarke kraftvoll in die Zukunft.    Das kannst du bewirken   In dieser spannenden Funktion verantwortest du den Einkauf und die Beschaffung von Briefmarken sowie philatelistischen Artikeln gemäss unseren strategischen und operativen Vorgaben.   Du bist für die zuverlässig Koordination des Offertwesens, die Vergabe von Aufträgen sowie die Abrechnung mit unseren externen Partnern zuständig.   In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und externen Zulieferern planst und koordinierst du die Produktion.  Du steuerst und überwachst alle Prozesse der Druckvorstufe und Druckproduktion und stellst die Qualität sicher.   Um sicherzustellen, dass unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards stets eingehalten werden, prüfst du sorgfältig die Druckdaten und behältst die Liefertermine stets im Blick.  Du überwachst Lagerbestände und erarbeitest Vorschläge für Nachbestellungen.   Bei Projekten sowie Sonderaufträgen wirkst du aktiv mit und du leitest das operative Produktionsmanagement.     Das bringst du mit   Du verfügst über eine höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung (Universität oder Fachhochschule) in Druck- und Medientechnik oder einem verwandten medienorientierten Fachbereich.  Dank deiner langjährigen Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Beschaffung oder im Produktionsmanagement bringst du das nötige Know-how mit, um unsere Prozesse effizient zu steuern und weiterzuentwickeln.  Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Druckvorstufe, Druck- und Medienproduktion sowie aktuellen Technologien.   Mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Kostenrechnung kennst du dich gut aus und bringst Erfahrung im Offertwesen sowie in der Auftragsvergabe mit.  In Projekten übernimmst du gerne die Verantwortung und treibst Teamziele aktiv voran.    Du kommunizierst klar und durchsetzungsfähig und verfügst über sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office und der Adobe Creative Suite.  Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute (mündliche) Kenntnisse in einer zweiten Landessprache.
