Support Workday Finance day-to-day: help users (configure business processes and manage access requests. Help shape and deliver enhancements: clarify requirements, support testing, and help land changes with the business. Support data and platform change testing (including data platform/Snowflake-related work), so finance impacts are understood and validated. Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests using Workday reporting, Excel and basic data querying. Look for practical ways to improve and automate—bringing Finance and IT on the journey as we continue broader transformation (including AI-enabled opportunities).
