ABOUT THE COMPANY

Restwell Sleep Products has been in business since 1990. We are a well-established and privately owned and operated manufacturer and distributor of mattresses, foundations and other related sleep products. We are one of Western Canada’s largest privately owned mattress manufacturers. We manufacture the Spring Air, Novo Sleep and Pure Energy brands and supply many of Western Canada’s independently owned retail bedding and furniture stores, hotels and some national chains.
We are currently recruiting for Full Time Production Workers in our mattress department, assembling materials into mattresses using hand tools. These are physical positions in which you will be required to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. On the job training will be provided, no experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Communication skills including the ability read, write and speak English at a functional level
• Able to work with power & hand tools – we will provide you with training on how to operate
• Able to take direction and perform tasks within specified time frames in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attendance & punctuality
• Ability to work scheduled shift required and any mandatory overtime assigned
  Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Some over time when production demands are required, either after 3 PM or on Saturday mornings.
