Job Description The Administrative Assistant is the central point of contact for the customer and building occupants for administrative and logistics support at CMI’s customer site in Laredo, TX. Key Job Functions Takes service calls, tracks and maintains service call records in the national computerized maintenance management system (NCMMS). Responsible for other service calls, inspections, and work order records from other building service providers such as elevator maintenance and Custodial Services, regardless of if those services are covered under the subject contract. Responsible for service calls for work not under the scope of this contract (i.e., performing a central service call desk function for the facilities, regardless of who is responsible for responding to the service call).
