Description The Denver Collaborative Partnership is Denver County's Collaborative Management Program. We work with children, youth and families and assist them in navigating complex systems such as Child Welfare, Juvenile Probation, Diversion, Mental Health and the School System. We work with local partner agencies such as Denver Human Services, Denver Juvenile Probation, Denver Public Schools and many others to connect families to resources and services to families that are multi-system involved or at risk of multi-system or further system involvement. The DCP team values family voice and collaboration with our team members and amongst partner agencies. We strive to keep up with best practice and promote family engagement and data-informed processes. We are looking for a Program Director to lead a dedicated, diverse and collaborative team. The Program Director will have experience supervising staff in the human services, juvenile justice or related fields as well as some experience overseeing budgets, data analysis Starting salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 Responsibilities include: · Supervising day-to-day operations of the Collaborative Management Program under the DCP. · Attending DCP Interagency Oversight Group (IOG) meeting and providing regular updates on staffing process and procedures. · Supervising the staffing process from referral to report, including reviewing reports to the courts. · Providing direct supervision and management of DCP Case Coordinator and Family Advocate(s) and co-supervise Youth Advocate(s). · Providing guidance and training to referral sources regarding staffing teams available to the target population. · Providing consultation to critical system stakeholders (Courts, Mental Health, Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice) regarding the roles and responsibilities of CMP. · Monitoring and tracking established service standards of providers, youth, and families. · Serving as the point of contact (POC) for staffing-related concerns. · Ensuring that services provided or purchased by the partner agencies are strength-based, family-centered, and support diversion from institutional care and the achievement of family-valued outcomes. · Meeting regularly with providers to review service quality and utilization and to proactively address service challenges. · Facilitating Denver’s CMP Individualized Service and Support Teams (ISST’s), Accessing Resources for Case-planning Help (ARCH), ARCH Truancy, Expedited Staffing, and Transition Staffings. · Overview of day-to-day service approvals and budget management for subcontracted services for clients being served by DCP. · Manage the data collection efforts to include data collection, review and reporting of the ISST’s coordinated by DCP to the DCP IOG to determine process improvement as needed. · Managing grant participation and reporting requirements for applicable grants (CMP, PSSF, and Caring for Denver). · Attending all CMP-related meetings and required events. · Other duties as assigned.
