Travelsim is a key growth pillar at the heart of our Commercial strategy at Vodafone Group. We are breaking new ground with innovative offers and technologies like eSIM, and our goal is to become the operator of choice for travellers abroad.
The Project Manager for the Travel eSIM will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the Travel eSIM products and propositions, as well as the governance of the Travel eSIM legal entity. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Product Management, Legal, Tax, and external vendors, to ensure the successful go-to-market for the Travel eSIM.
In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals. You will manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Engaging and managing senior stakeholders across Vodafone, including product management, commercial teams, IT, and external vendors, will be crucial. You will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, as well as developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, will be part of your responsibilities. You will escalate high-risk issues and drive resolutions. Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards, monitoring and reporting on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status updates, and preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and stakeholders will also be essential. Additionally, you will plan and manage the governance of the Vodafone Travel eSIM legal entity.
