WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO HIRE AN ENTHUSIASTIC FULL-TIME KITCHEN ASSISTANT WHO CAN HELP PROVIDE THE MEALS SERVICE AT OUR CARE HOME IN DUNDEE.

The ideal candidate will be experienced within a similar role, have a flexible approach to work and be able to work 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7. You will have a desire to deliver the highest possible standard within the role, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To help prepare meals under the direction of the Chef
• Ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are hygienically clean and organised
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Help with the storage and stock rotation of food items
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Complying with infection control policies and procedures and following appropriate hand hygiene measures
