Job Summary: Route Helpers assist the driver to deliver product orders and maintain assigned customer accounts. This role supports delivery operations, inventory rotation, customer service, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Duties & Responsibilities: · Learn and assist with all the driver’s duties, including vehicle maintenance, delivery, and safety. · Help stock shelves and manage out-of-stock and distribution issues. · Maintain and build displays and ensure shelf sets are up to standard. · Monitor freshness of products and ensure proper rotation or removal to meet company standards. · Assist with adhering to route schedules and ensuring timely customer deliveries. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. · Assist the sale’s team with upselling products in accordance with company guidelines and T.A.B.C. regulations. · Complete all assigned training, seminars, and classes. · Assists with completion and submission of required daily reporting accurately and on time. · Perform duties in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Act as applicable. · Other duties as assigned by management or designee.
