Position Summary Department: Technology Reports To: Director of IT Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt The Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician serves as the first point of contact for all technology-related support requests from students, faculty, and staff. The technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic to moderate issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary. Manage and maintain classroom and office technology, including computers, projectors, copiers, and other devices.
