Job Description Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to help lead our Engineering team and ensure our property continues to deliver exceptional guest comfort and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain hotel standards and ensure optimal guest experience. Manage day-to-day operations of the engineering workshop, including job allocation and tracking through HotSOS. Supervise contractors and ensure all safety, access, and compliance procedures are followed. Coordinate closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to minimize downtime for rooms and facilities. Lead safety, energy conservation, and risk management initiatives in line with InterREACT and WHS standards. Maintain the hotel’s external areas and plant operations to brand and environmental standards. Provide technical expertise, improvement recommendations, and emergency response support when required.
