Description du poste Volet service traiteur : Soutenir la Directrice développement des affaires, événements spéciaux, service traiteur et restauration dans le maintien et l’augmenter les chiffres d’affaires ; Recevoir et traiter les demandes relatives au service traiteur ; Coordonner avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour la bonne mise en œuvre des activités de traiteur ; Comprendre le profil de nos clients afin de développer et cibler des expériences qui feront en sorte que les clients reviendront (rétention) ; Participer aux réunions et aux activités promotionnelles selon les besoins (faire de la publicité, distribuer du matériel promotionnel, participer à des salons, etc.) conformément au plan d’action et aux stratégies élaborées ; Entretenir les relations avec la clientèle locale afin d’aider à créer un achalandage ; Représenter l’établissement (auprès des associations sectorielles, des communautés d’affaires, des instances gouvernementales et de la clientèle) en l’absence de la directrice ou sur sa demande ; S’assurer de la satisfaction de la clientèle pendant et après la consommation du produit ou service ; Contribuer à régler tout problème, pallier tout imprévu, traiter toute plainte de la clientèle ; S’assurer de l’utilisation optimale de toutes les installations et voir à en maximiser la rentabilité ; Collaborer avec les personnes responsables des points de ventes F&B afin de mettre en place les projets de maximisation des revenus ; Contribuer à l’élaboration des plans ou projets stratégiques et innovateurs afin de développer et de maximiser chacun des points de ventes et les mettre en place ; Collaborer avec les ventes lors des visites des clients à l’hôtel, afin de pouvoir mousser tous les points de vente F&B que nous pouvons offrir (à l’externe). Volet événements spéciaux : Soutenir la Directrice développement des affaires, événements spéciaux, service traiteur et restauration dans la planification des événements spéciaux et en assurer l’élaboration selon les orientations stratégiques du Château ; Planifier et organiser les événements spéciaux à même le Château Frontenac et dans ses salles extérieures et établir un échéancier ; Solliciter et travailler en collaboration avec les services du Château concernés par la tenue de l’événement ; Collaborer avec le marketing et relations publiques pour la promotion, l’information et la publicité relative aux événements sous sa gestion. Assurer le suivi et l’évaluation des activités et faire un bilan de l’événement et les recommandations futures nécessaires. Qualifications Maîtrise avancée du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin d’assurer une communication impeccable avec une clientèle internationale. Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire au sein d’un hôtel haut de gamme, soutenue par un DEC en hôtellerie ou dans un domaine connexe. Excellentes compétences informatiques, incluant la maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office ainsi que la capacité d’utiliser efficacement l’ensemble des équipements du bureau; la connaissance des logiciels Opera (Sales & Catering et Property Manager) constitue un atout.
