The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, order, and overall presentation of our clients’ commercial buildings and residential homes. • Do you have a valid drivers license and a vehicle? You will be required to drive to multiple sites across London throughout the day and may need to carry equipment.
• What days are you available to work? Our ideal candidate can work Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and is looking for 30-40 hours a week.

Turnover Suite Cleaning/ Residential (Primary Responsibility):

• Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the suite, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
• Remove construction debris, dust, and dirt left behind by construction crews.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures, countertops, and appliances.
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures.
• Dispose of trash and debris in accordance with company policies.
• Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs in the suite.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Building Cleaning (as needed):

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in accordance with established protocols.
• Clean and sanitize common areas to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies, ensuring their availability and proper usage.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, exceeding client expectations.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and materials.

Training as well as a detailed cleaning list will be provided. All supplies and tools needed to complete each job will be provided.
