Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen setting
