• Sets and upholds a positive, fair, empowering work environment for all employees within the restaurant
• Anticipates staffing needs and recruits accordingly.
• Provides regular feedback for all staff, so they’re clear on what they do well and where they could improve.
• Prepares, plans for and thoroughly understands labour and inventory.
• Control cash as well as adhere to cash handling and reconciling policies and procedures.
• Works with the Head Office to ensure the standards of all H&C locations are being met.
• Proactively shares ideas/feedback with the marketing team about events & promotions.
• When issues arise, brings forth comprehensive solutions and answers.
