RH is seeking a Vice President, Hospitality Field Leader, Europe, to define and lead the regional strategy, operating model, and performance platform for all Hospitality properties across the Region. This senior executive will align brand standards, financial performance, governance, and talent into a disciplined and scalable framework that supports long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strategic clarity, operational depth, and executive presence — a leader who protects the brand, builds enduring teams, and delivers sustained performance across a complex, multi-country landscape.
