Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced front of house server to join our team. As front of house you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a senior role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to meet customer expectations
- Train and develop staff members to maintain high standards of performance
- Create and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
Experience
- Previous experience in food production, hospitality, bartending, or kitchen management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in supervising employees and managing schedules
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
