Boodle’s is looking for a charming and experienced Bartender to join one of London’s longest established Private members club. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and possess a friendly, customer-focused demeanour. Charming the Members and playing the role of main host is important in this position.
Applicants will be expected to have 4 or 5-star experience, knowledge of private dining and excellent customer service skills. Experience of private members’ clubs is preferred but not vital.
A competitive salary is offered, mainly Monday to Friday working and 32 days paid holiday including bank holidays (time off to be taken during August and Christmas).

Responsible for:
Running the bar in the Dining Room.
Charming the Members and playing the role of main host is important in this position.
Maintaining and improving levels of service to the members.
The bar’s beverage gross profit.
Deputizing for the Wine Waiter and/or Assistant Dining Room Manager as and when required.
The bar person works:
Monday to Friday
Occasional Saturday events
Combination of Straight and Split Shifts
Normally only works One shift on a Friday (either lunch or dinner)
