Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section. Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service. Polishing glassware ensuring they are ready for service. Assist bartenders during service by restocking ingredients, running drinks, and retrieving supplies from storage or cellar. Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly. Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment. Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings. What we are looking for... 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar capacity Basic understanding of bar operations, hygiene standards, and stock rotation.
