QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service practices.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Smart Serve or equivalent certification preferred.

ADMINISTRATIVE & OTHER DUTIES

• Assist with daily cash handling, tip distribution, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Support menu and service improvements by providing member and guest feedback to management.
• Enforce club policies related to uniforms, appearance, and conduct.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
