We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the team at The Living Space, Watergate Bay.

JOBS SKILLS:

• Management experience within a large or multiple restaurant setting.
• Can demonstrate a history of leading and passionately developing teams to deliver specific goals and targets.
• Capable trainer, able to develop and deliver training materials.
• Barista experience, wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge.
• Somebody who simply loves food and drink.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A good understanding of Food Health and Safety requirements

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be managing a restaurant with a turnover of £4 million per year. You will bring plenty of industry experience and strong leadership skills to the role and your warm and professional personality will fit perfectly with our culture of “relaxed professionalism”. As well as delivering an unrivalled dining experience, you will work closely with our Executive and Head Chef to express our passion for food in a beachside location.
