• Writing and managing property adverts
• Booking and coordinating viewings
• Supporting the onboarding of new tenants
• Liaising with tenants across email, phone, and portals
• Logging and chasing rent payments and deposits
• Ordering certificates and keeping compliance in check
• Keeping our inboxes organised and replying to incoming queries
• Supporting portfolio managers with inspections, viewings, and check-ins
• Writing tenant comms and email campaigns
