Job Description

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history

Performs variety of expense support activities including auditing specific areas for compliance of company expense policies, administration of corporate credit card programs, and recording of weekly expenses including travel advances.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, responsible for weekly expense report processing, travel advance requests, auditing expense reports, and administration of credit card program/maintenance.
• Perform compliance audits and ensure expenditures are in line with appropriate accounting policies.
• Follow-up with appropriate resources (managers, employees, etc.) to resolve discrepancies and issues with submitted expense documentation.
• Assist in opening and sorting department mail
• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
• Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
