TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Location: Huddersfield, UK (3 to 4 days per week on-site)

ELICIT AND DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Gather and prioritise business and system needs via interviews, workshops, and document analysis
• Produce clear artefacts, such as UML diagrams and process flows

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• SQL: Reading or writing queries to validate requirements
• UX/CX Concepts: Familiarity with user journey mapping and customer-centric design
• Integration: Experience working with APIs, middleware, or data flows between platforms
• Retail/E-commerce: Knowledge of systems like order management, inventory, or fulfilment

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll act as the key link between business needs and technical solutions, delivering scalable, effective improvements across systems and processes.

OWNERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• Takes initiative across the full project lifecycle—from requirements to post-implementation review
• Collaborates with project managers and SMEs to keep delivery on track
