L’une des principales divisions du groupe AJW est AJW Technique, une installation de pointe pour l’entretien, la réparation et la révision (MRO) qui compte plus de 150 techniciens expérimentés et passionnés à Montréal.
Le Conseiller ressources humaine joue un rôle clé dans l’organisation en tant point de contact avec les employés et les gestionnaires pour tous les aspects de de la gestion des ressource humaines dans son secteur d’activités. Le Conseiller sera responsable de fournir des conseils et un soutien stratégique aux employés et aux gestionnaires dans divers domaines des ressources humaines, tout en veillant à ce que les politiques et les procédures de l’entreprise soient respectées.

RÔLE :

  • Contribuer à la mise à jour ou au développement de diverses initiatives de gestion des ressources humaines : stratégies d’attraction et rétention du personnel, accueil et intégration, marque employeur, santé et bien-être des employés, rémunération et avantages sociaux, gestion de la relève, gestion du rendement etc.
  • Création d’outils et de nouvelles politiques en ressources humaines.
  • Responsable de la dotation en entreprise. Les actions posées touchent le recrutement, le Onboarding et l’engagement.
  • Fournir des conseils aux gestionnaires sur la gestion des performances, y compris la définition d’objectifs, l’évaluation des performances et le développement des compétences.
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour identifier les besoins en formation et élaborer des plans et outils de développement pour les employés.
  • Veiller à la conformité légale et réglementaire dans tous les domaines des ressources humaines, tels que la législation du travail, l’équité salariale et la santé et la sécurité au travail.
  • Gérer les processus disciplinaires et les enquêtes internes conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise.
  • Maintenir une relation de confiance avec les employés et assurer la confidentialité des informations sensibles.
  • Voir à l’organisation d’activités sociales mobilisantes;
  • S’occuper de l’intégration du programme de francisation dans l’organisation;
  • Conseiller et promouvoir divers sujets liés à la santé et à la sécurité : participer aux réunions du comité SST, enquêter les accidents, suivi des dossiers, etc
  • Gestion des dossiers d’employés

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or human resources Management. Pertinent experience will also be considered.
  • 3 years of related HR work experience. experience in unionized environment is a strong asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Membership in the CRHA/CHRP is an asset.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English for interactions with internal and external clients in their preferred languages.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • High degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian labor code is an asset.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to updating or developing various HR management initiatives: staff attraction and retention strategies, onboarding, employer branding, employee health and well-being, compensation and benefits, succession planning, performance management, etc.
  • Develop HR tools and new policies.
  • Responsible for company staffing. This includes recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop plans and tools for employee development.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR areas, such as labor legislation, pay equity, and occupational health and safety.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and internal investigations in line with company policies.
  • Maintain a trusted relationship with employees and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Organize engaging social activities.
  • Oversee the integration of the French-language program within the organization.
  • Advise and promote various health and safety topics: participate in occupational health and safety committee meetings, investigate accidents, follow-up on cases, etc.
  • Employee file management.
