Accompagner les équipes RH locales dans le suivi et la résolution de cas complexes, en apportant expertise et conseil. Solide connaissance des lois du travail et des normes en milieu de travail au Canada. Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit). Diplôme en relations industrielles, ressources humaines, droit ou équivalent. Certification en médiation, résolution de conflits ou domaine similaire (un atout). Capacité à gérer des situations sensibles avec discrétion et professionnalisme. Fortes aptitudes analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
