Human In Street recherche un/une Alternant.e en comptabilité et gestion (Master accepté). L'alternant(e) en comptabilité/gestion contribue au bon fonctionnement du service administratif et financier de HUMAN IN STREET en participant à la gestion quotidienne des opérations comptables, administratives et financières. Sous la supervision de la Direction, il/elle intervient progressivement sur l'ensemble du cycle comptable afin de développer ses compétences professionnelles tout en garantissant la fiabilité des données financières de l'entreprise. Il/elle participe également à l'amélioration des processus administratifs et apporte un soutien aux différents services dans le respect des procédures internes, des obligations légales et des règles de confidentialité. Missions principales 1. Comptabilité fournisseurs Réceptionner les factures fournisseurs Vérifier leur conformité (mentions obligatoires, TVA, devis, bons de commande, bons de livraison...) Identifier les anomalies et solliciter les services concernés si nécessaire Effectuer la pré-saisie des factures dans le logiciel comptable Préparer les éléments nécessaires au règlement des fournisseurs Suivre les échéances de paiement Participer au traitement des litiges fournisseurs ? Assurer le classement physique et numérique des pièces comptables Participer aux opérations de clôture concernant les comptes fournisseurs 2. Comptabilité clients L'alternant(e) participe au suivi administratif et financier de la relation client. Contrôler les éléments nécessaires à la facturation Enregistrer les règlements Effectuer le lettrage des comptes clients Assurer le suivi des créances Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi des encaissements Participer au suivi des impayés Préparer les relances amiables 3. Comptabilité générale Sous le contrôle de la Direction et du cabinet comptable externalisé. Préparer la pré-saisie des écritures comptables Contrôler les pièces justificatives Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires Contrôler les soldes des comptes Préparer les dossiers de clôture mensuelle, semestrielle et annuelle Participer aux opérations d'inventaire Préparer les documents transmis au cabinet comptable Participer au suivi des immobilisations si nécessaire Participer aux déclarations administratives simples 4. Gestion administrative L'alternant(e) participe au bon fonctionnement administratif de l'entreprise. Gérer le classement et l'archivage documentaire Numériser les documents Alimenter les tableaux de bord de gestion en lien avec la Direction Mettre à jour les bases de données administratives Participer à la rédaction de courriers et documents administratifs Participer au suivi administratif des dossiers de l'entreprise Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédures interne 5. Participation à la gestion financière L'alternant(e) sera amené(e) à : Participer à l'élaboration des tableaux de bord financiers ; Suivre certains indicateurs économiques ; Participer à la préparation des budgets ; Analyser certains écarts budgétaires ; Participer au suivi de la trésorerie. Responsabilités L'alternant(e) est responsable : De la qualité des saisies réalisées ; Du respect des procédures internes ; Du respect de la confidentialité des informations traitées ; De l'organisation et du classement des documents confiés. Les travaux réalisés sont contrôlés et validés par la direction. Niveau de formation minimum Formation préparée de niveau Bac +2 à Bac +3 en comptabilité ou gestion (Master accepté) : BTS Comptabilité Gestion ; BUT GEA ; Bachelor Comptabilité ; ou diplôme équivalent. Compétences Bonne maîtrise du pack office (en particulier d'Excel) Connaissance de la collecte de fonds Excellente maîtrise de la langue française, à l’écrit et à l’oral Bonne gestion des priorités Aptitudes De l'organisation et du classement des documents confiés.
