Descripción del empleo Job Purpose/Summary The Sales Manager leads, coordinates, and optimizes the commercial activities within their scope. They define the sales strategy in line with the company’s objectives, manage sales teams (field sales, inside sales...), ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals, and actively contribute to portfolio development. They also ensure alignment of commercial practices with the Group’s values and brand image. Primary Accountabilities Strategy Development & Execution Define and implement the sales action plan for their area/segment. Conduct continuous market and competitive intelligence. Analyze market trends and identify growth levers. Contribute to pricing strategy in collaboration with relevant departments. Sales Team Management Supervise, support, and motivate sales teams (training, coaching, performance reviews). Monitor individual and collective performance through defined KPIs. Organize regular sales meetings. Business Development Participate in negotiation and management of key account contracts. Develop a strategic professional network in key industries. Identify and pursue new market opportunities or service diversification. Track sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction indicators.
