Description du poste La direction de l’immobilier recherche, dans le cadre du déploiement de sa stratégie, un ou une stagiaire en gestion de projet afin de contribuer à la mise en œuvre de l’organisation cible notamment pour les aspects Ressources Humaines et communication. Ce poste comporte deux missions principales : Lors de votre stage, vous avez une mission de support aux projets avec une composante forte en planification, gestion documentaire de projet et création de base de données. Ensuite, en étroite collaboration avec la cheffe de projet RH, vous participez à la création complète d’une matrice des compétences de la Direction de l’Immobilier. Ce travail implique notamment l’identification, la catégorisation et la formalisation des compétences clés attendues au sein des différents métiers de la Direction puis, la construction d’un outil structuré permettant d’obtenir une vision claire et opérationnelle des compétences présentes, afin d’alimenter les décisions stratégiques (gestion du plan de charge, priorisation des projets, organisation des équipes, etc.). Cette mission constitue le cœur du stage et s’intègre dans un projet global de transformation RH visant à renforcer la lisibilité, la cohérence et l’efficacité de l’organisation. Vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe transversale et polyvalente, et participez au quotidien de la gestion de projets. En complément de ces missions, vous participez aux réflexions stratégiques liées à la réorganisation de la Direction de l’immobilier, contribuant ainsi aux travaux de transformation en cours. Compte tenu de la nature sensible des informations traitées, vous faites preuve d’un sens aigu de la confidentialité. Ce stage vous permet d’appréhender la gestion de projets, dans ses dimensions conceptuelles et relationnelles, ainsi qu’administratives et organisationnelles, ceci au sein d’une équipe experte et dynamique. Qualifications Vous êtes en fin de cursus de Master et vous suivez une formation ingénieur en gestion ou administration, ou en management public avec une composante en gestion de projets et devez réaliser un stage obligatoire conventionné dans le cadre de votre cursus universitaire.
