Position Title: Custodian  Location: Quentin Burdick Job Corps Center, Minot, ND Reports To: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor  The Custodian position provides support for a U.S Department of Labor Job Corps contractor. The Job Corps program is a federally-funded residential training program. The mission of Job Corps is to provide career-ready technical and academic training and job placement assistance to program eligible youth ages 16-24.  Summary of Duties: The Custodian is responsible for performing grounds keeping, landscaping and custodial duties and performs routine and emergency cleanup.    Key Areas of Responsibilities:   * Promotes the Maintenance Program initiatives and functions.  * Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures confidentiality and no manipulation of information/data.  * Cuts grass, trims shrubbery, plants and waters flowers, bushes, and grass. Shovels snow,  spreads salt and completes other duties to ensure a safe, clean and clutter-free environment.  * Cleans all areas of the center, indoors and outdoors, as needed.  * Empties trash containers.
