Vous impulsez également des projets transverses RH à forte valeur ajoutée. Votre mission s’articule autour de deux grands volets : Administration du personnel & paie Assurer la gestion administrative complète du cycle de vie salarié (embauches, avenants, sorties, documents légaux, DPAE, etc.) pour nos entités française et indienne Piloter la paie externalisée en lien avec notre prestataire (qui utilise Cegid et bientôt Silae) : collecte, contrôle et validation des éléments variables, suivi des DSN et déclarations sociales, gestion des relations avec les organismes (URSSAF, mutuelle, CPAM, etc.) Garantir la conformité légale et la fiabilité des processus paie et RH Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des collaborateurs sur les sujets paie, absences, congés, arrêts et avantages sociaux Maintenir à jour les données RH dans les outils (Lucca, Sharepoint, BDESE) et assurer un reporting précis Projets RH & engagement collaborateur Être référent.e RQTH et acteur.trice de nos initiatives d'inclusion et de diversité Contribuer activement à la Qualité de Vie au Travail (QVT) : animation de projets internes, coordination avec l'Office Manager pour les événements, challenges et moments de convivialité Collaborer avec l’équipe Communication pour valoriser les initiatives RH et renforcer l’engagement tout au long de l’année Piloter ou co-piloter des projets d’automatisation et d’optimisation des processus RH (digitalisation, simplification, intégration de nouveaux outils).
