A key aspect of this role involves managing industrial agreements and mobility requirements, while mitigating associated risks to the organisation.As a program champion, you will deliver presentations to audiences ranging from executive leaders to impacted employees, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the transition process.You will provide expert advice, support, and tailored solutions focused on analysing people impacts and communicating critical information related to redeployment and redundancy. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for employees affected by organizational change.This position is a permanent position. Your home base will be at Burwood with Hybrid work arrangements, 3 days a week in the office.
