Position Overview We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who is eager to grow their career in human resources. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of HR experience who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to learn. As part of our team, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruiting and onboarding, and help maintain a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all areas of HR while being mentored and guided toward future growth. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, support hiring managers, and guide new hires through onboarding and orientation. Employee Experience: Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities that strengthen our people-first culture. HR Administration: Maintain employee records in Paylocity, process employee changes, and ensure data accuracy. Compliance & Policy: Support policy rollouts, help track training and safety requirements, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Benefits & Leave Support: Assist employees with benefit questions, enrollment, and leave requests while maintaining confidentiality. Employee Relations: Provide first-line support to employees with HR questions, escalating issues as needed. Learning & Development: Partner with leadership to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX. The typical schedule for this role is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Some flexibility may be needed based on business needs.
